Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CeleStar Creations! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you (the “Client,” “User,” or “Customer”) and CeleStar Creations (“CeleStar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a single-owner virtual design business operated by Starrz, providing custom homes, businesses, interior decor, landscaping, and design services within the virtual platforms of Second Life, Inzoi, and The Sims 4.

By requesting, purchasing, or engaging in services from CeleStar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

CeleStar offers:

  • Custom home and business building

  • Interior design and decor

  • Landscaping and exterior design

  • Virtual design consulting and planning

  • Other design-related services as agreed upon

All services are designed specifically for use within supported virtual platforms and are tailored to each individual client’s needs.

Client Requirements

To engage in a project with CeleStar, the Client must:

  • Provide a clear and complete project brief

  • Communicate in a timely, respectful manner

  • Provide all necessary assets (e.g., land access, ideas, reference materials)

  • Make agreed-upon payments based on project terms

Failure to meet these requirements may result in project delays or cancellation.

Project Scope and Revisions

  • The scope of the project will be clearly outlined and agreed upon before work begins.

  • The Client is entitled to a set number of minor revisions during the development process. These are included in the base price.

  • Major revisions or changes in direction after the initial brief may incur additional charges and extend the project timeline.

  • Once a project is finalized and approved by the Client, no further revisions are included unless agreed upon separately.

Payment Terms

  • Deposits may be required before work begins.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion or as outlined in the invoice.

  • Projects will not be delivered until full payment has been received.

Delivery & Timelines

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided based on project complexity.

  • Timeframes may shift based on client feedback, scope changes, or delays in communication.

  • CeleStar will communicate any delays promptly and work diligently to meet agreed deadlines.

Use of Designs

  • All designs created by CeleStar are intended for personal use within the platforms of Second Life, Inzoi, or The Sims 4.

  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim credit for designs without prior written permission.

  • CeleStar reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

Intellectual Property

  • All original content, concepts, builds, and materials provided by CeleStar remain the intellectual property of CeleStar unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the completed work within the specified virtual platform.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of CeleStar’s work is strictly prohibited.

Client Conduct

  • Clients agree to:

  • Engage in respectful, professional communication

  • Refrain from harassment, abusive language, or discriminatory behavior

  • Respect CeleStar’s creative direction and boundaries

  • Failure to adhere to respectful conduct may result in the termination of services with no refund.

Limitations of Liability

  • CeleStar is not liable for any platform-related issues (e.g., game updates, third-party software failures, asset compatibility).

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or disruption due to virtual world platform outages or updates.

  • While we strive to deliver high-quality work, results are subjective, and satisfaction is highly dependent on clear communication and realistic expectations.

Service Availability

  • As a single-owner business, project capacity may be limited. CeleStar reserves the right to:

  • Decline projects based on workload or compatibility

  • Delay acceptance of new commissions during high-volume periods

  • Place clients on a waitlist when necessary

Confidentiality

  • All personal and project-related information shared with CeleStar will remain confidential.

  • Designs or concepts shared by the Client will not be reused, sold, or disclosed without permission.

Termination of Agreement

  • CeleStar may terminate any agreement at any time if:

  • The Client fails to make payment

  • The Client engages in disrespectful or unethical conduct

  • The Client breaches any of the terms outlined in this document

 

Clients may also terminate the project with written notice, subject to the conditions outlined in the refund policy.

Amendments to Terms

CeleStar reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to:

  • First attempt a resolution through direct, respectful communication

  • Seek mediation if necessary

  • Avoid public defamation or harmful conduct related to the dispute

 

Legal action will be considered a last resort, and jurisdiction will be based on the location of the business owner.

Agreement

By purchasing or engaging in any services offered by CeleStar Custom Home, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full.
