Shipping Policy

CeleStar Creations is a digital service and design studio providing custom homes, businesses, decor, and landscaping within virtual platforms such as Second Life, Inzoi, and The Sims 4. As a result, all products and services are delivered virtually. This policy outlines how and when items are delivered, and what to expect throughout the final stages of your project.
Digital Delivery Only
CeleStar Creations does not ship any physical products.
All services and designs are delivered through:
In-world placement (Second Life or Inzoi)
File transfers (.tray files, images, etc. for Sims 4)
Virtual consultations and handovers via Discord or in-world messaging
Delivery Conditions
All final deliveries occur after full payment has been received.
Clients must confirm final approval before the product is delivered.
Clients must provide access to appropriate land or accounts (if needed for placement).
Platform-Specific Delivery
Second Life / Inzoi: Builds will be placed or transferred to your land/group depending on permissions and arrangements.
The Sims 4: Builds will be delivered as tray files (or alternate format) via download link or direct file share. Instructions may be provided.
Timeframes
Delivery time will be based on:
Project scope and complexity
Client response and approval time
Platform functionality and performance
Clients will receive an estimated completion and delivery window during the initial consultation.
Client Responsibility
To ensure smooth delivery, the client must:
Provide correct and accessible placement information (land rights, account names, etc.)
Download and install Sims 4 files as needed
Notify CeleStar of any delivery or file access issues within 72 hours
Re-Delivery Policy
CeleStar will make one complimentary re-delivery or re-placement in case of technical errors within 3 days of original delivery.
After that, additional assistance or redelivery may incur a small fee.
Limitations of Liability
CeleStar Creations is not liable for:
Lost files or corrupted content caused by third-party tools
Platform outages or limitations (e.g., land permissions in SL/Inzoi)
Client-side installation errors (especially for Sims 4 builds)
