This document outlines the official business policies that govern all interactions, transactions, and expectations between CeleStar Creations ("we," "us," "our") and our valued clients ("you," "your"). As a creative virtual design studio operated by Starrz, we are committed to transparency, fairness, and professionalism in all of our services.

Service Provided
CeleStar Creations offers:
Custom residential and commercial builds
Interior decorating and furnishing
Landscaping and exterior design
Virtual consulting and layout planning
Our work is available for virtual platforms including Second Life, Inzoi, and The Sims 4.
Commissions & Work Process
All projects are handled on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated.
The design process begins after an initial consultation and deposit/payment confirmation.
We provide regular progress updates and request your input at key stages.
Final delivery will only be completed once full payment is received.
Payment Terms
Custom quotes are based on build size, complexity, and platform.
A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) may be required to begin.
Payments are accepted in the forms appropriate to the platform (e.g., Lindens, cashapp, PayPal, etc.).
No work will be delivered until full payment has been confirmed.
Refund Policy
CeleStar Creations has a fair refund policy designed to protect both client and business:
Full refund: Available before any work begins.
Partial refund: Possible if only partial work is completed.
No refund: Once significant time and effort has been invested or final product delivered.

Communication Policy
All communication should be respectful and professional.
We will respond to inquiries within 24–48 hours unless stated otherwise.
Harassment, disrespect, or repeated ghosting may result in service refusal.
Revision and Modification
Reasonable adjustments are welcomed during the design phase.
Major design overhauls or multiple change requests may require a new contract or additional fees.
Revisions after project completion are not guaranteed unless included in the original agreement.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All designs, concepts, and builds remain the intellectual property of CeleStar Creations.
Clients are granted usage rights for personal in-world use only.
Designs may not be resold, re-uploaded, or redistributed.
CeleStar reserves the right to showcase completed builds unless the client requests otherwise.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide necessary access to land/accounts/files
Clearly communicate expectations and provide reference material
Respond to update requests in a timely fashion
Maintain respectful conduct throughout the project
Project Cancellation
CeleStar reserves the right to cancel a project if:
The client is unresponsive for over 14 days
The client fails to provide payment
The client violates this or any related policy document
Clients also have the right to cancel, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.
Confidentiality
We respect client privacy and do not share personal or creative information without permission.
CeleStar Creations may use anonymized project screenshots for portfolios or promotional purposes.
Policy Revision
This policy may be updated at any time. All active clients will be notified of major changes. Continued engagement with CeleStar Creations implies agreement to the most current version of our policy.
